You already know that Lowline Angus are just 'small' or 'mini' Angus. You also know that Angus is well known for the quality of its meat.  What you may not know follows;

 

1. Lowline produce outstanding meat when grass feed.

2. Lowline require 40% plus less acreage per head than its full sized cousins.

3. Lowline are mild mannered and calf easily.

4. When Lowline Angus are grass fed, their meat contains 50 percent LESS saturated fat. Grass finish raises vitamin levels and fatty acid profiles by up to 400 percent.
